Peach State Star Gaze

The Atlanta Astronomy Club presents the 30th Aniversary Peach State Star Gaze.

A week long event from September 29 through October 6.

New Moon is Wednesday October 2, 2024.

 

Program information is being updated as information is received.

 

Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks and Snacks will be available.

All 30 and 50 AMP RV Powermust be reserved!

The PSSG will be held at the Deerlick Astronomy Village .

Facilities

* Large open field, 10+ acres, for tents, RV's or Campers.

* Coffee and refreshments available on-site.

* Restroom / Shower Facilities

* Limited power available for scopes along the fence line.

* Power available at upper pads.

* Power available middle upper field.

* A 40' x 40' pavilion. This includes a Gas BBQ available for use.

* RV 50 AMP and 30 AMP connections are available for a small additional charge. (See registration forms.)

This year's event will open at Noon on Sunday September 29th and continue through to noon Sunday October 6th. Come for all days and nights or come for just one. Meet other professional and amateur astronomers.

The PSSG is held at the
Deerlick Astronomy Village, DAV.
