Peach State Star Gaze Registration

Each person attending the PSSG must be registered. A registration fee of $50.00 (individual rate) or $75.00(family rate) is charged to cover the expenses of the PSSG. Family registration covers two adults and their dependent children (age 18 and under). Students, attending an educational institution, can register for $15. You are urged to take advantage of advanced registration on the website or by mail in time to arrive here before October 13, 2025. If you wish to use the paper registration, print the forms linked below. Please complete and return the attached registration form, with payment, to the address indicated.

After October 13, 2025 and at the gate, the registration fee will be $75.00 (individual rate) or $100.00 (family rate) and $25.00 for students.

Registration confirmations will be emailed (if your email address is included on the registration form) to you. Payment must be received prior to October 13, 2025.

After October 13, 2025 registration can only be made at the event. Registration payment at the event can be cash or check or credit card.

T-Shirt orders must be submitted before October 1, 2025..

If you are not sure of how many days and nights you will be attending, register for at least one night. You can add nights at the event. We do not issue refunds if you leave early.

Site Registration

This is a camping event, so bring your tent or trailer. Grier Field is a large open field at the Deerlick Astronomy Village . Restroom and shower facilities are available, supplemented by Porta-John's.

If you are CAMPING, this means you plan to stay on the field in a tent, camper, van etc, please complete the Camping Registration Form as well as the Release Form. This provides you with an area to camp and set up your telescope as well as access to all events at the PSSG.

If you are NOT CAMPING, but staying elsewhere, please complete the Day Use Registration Form, as well as the Release Form. This provides you with an area to set up you telescope as well as access to all the events at the PSSG.

Internet Registration / Confirmation

Our website and registration system have been upgraded to enable you to register over the Internet. Complete details and an on-line registration is available on our website atthe link on the left, Online Registration. Confiramtion will be emailed at the completion and verification of your registration.

Credit Cards and Online Payment

We accept payment via Pay Pal. We can also accept credit cards onsite via Square.

The Online Registration requires and uses cookies. If you have difficulty with the on-line registration, make sure you allow cookies from the atlantaastronomy.org web site.
